The Committees

SIMUNC 2021 will host four committees for delegates from over 60 nations and non-governmental organisations. As a simulation of the United Nations, this conference allows students to discuss global issues and problems in a professional environment.

United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC)

Agenda: Human rights in Palestine and the Relationship with Israel.

AIPPM

Agenda: India-China Relations and Reviewing the new farm law (2020).

White House Situation Room (WHSR)

Agenda: Continuous Crisis Committee

Economic and Financial Affairs Council (ECOFIN)

Agenda

  • The worldwide financial recession due to the covid-19 and measures to counter the economic meltdown due to high unemployment.
  • Global endeavours to tackle cryptocurrency scams/tax evasion/money laundering.
