Job Description

Obligation abstraction of executed contracts by Mindtree

• Abstraction of executed Statement of Works and any other types of contracts by Mindtree
• Uploading abstracted contracts on the contract management tool of Mindtree
• Organization of executed contracts including tagging of amendments/addendums with the original contract
• Deliver high quality and error-free document abstraction
• Coordinate with different stakeholders /leaders in the organization

Skills Required

Obligation – Legal

Experience Required: 4 to 5 Years

• Ability to abstract complex legal documents
• Should be fluent in English written verbal with excellent interpersonal skills
• Should have a detail & quality-oriented approach to work.
• Knowledgeable in MS –Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Knowledgeable in working with Contract Management tools.
• Skills to para-phrase legal clauses in plain English language
