About the Panel Discussion

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 was much awaited by several companies in India, because of the financial stress and the emerging economic crisis India and the world is witnessing due to the continuing pandemic situation.

It was promulgated with the aim of revamping the framework for insolvency resolution in the nation in a time bound manner, and to promote entrepreneurial ventures, the availability of credit as well as to balance the interests of different stakeholders of a company.
