Timing:

9:00 am to 5:00pm

Main Task Work Profile:

Every day I have to read cases which have the proceeding on that day in the high court and then in high court I watch that proceeding going on that cases by that I get to know how to present the cases in front of  judge , how to give argument so that judge give decision in your favour. After the proceeding sir under whom I was doing internship he use to ask me that what you have learn from that proceeding that have happen and whatever doubts I have got he should clear that and help me to understand the cases properly and the proceeding also.

Work Environment at office:

The environment in the office was quiet and cheerful that the felling you are seating in advocate room and in future I will see myself  in that place where my sir (senior advocate) R.K.Jain  was seating.

Stipend:

Nothing

First day at organization:  

My first day was simple as my sir senior advocate R.K.Jain took my introduction like my name, my college name, which year, what knowledge I have about law, why I have to come in this field of law and so on. After that he told me what we have to do in whole month of internship. And then we went to high court and he told me to watch some of the proceeding and to see how the advocate gives argument so that judge gives judgement in their favour and then I have to tell him what I have learnt and saw.

Best Part of Internship:

when we enter the high court the policemen use to  give salute to us that felling was awesome and best part of my internship

Biggest Lesson:

The biggest lesson was that one day in high court when the proceeding was going on I slept at that time in high court and my Senior Advocate R.K.Jain watch me and after the proceeding he scold me and said if you want achieve success then you have to do hard work not but sleeping you can achieve anything in your life. After that I never slept in high court.

Anything else you’d like to tell:

Nothing but doing internship under Senior Advocate R.K. Jain was nice and I have learnt many things from him and thinking to do again under him.

Any Message to other Law Students:

That wherever you do internship gives your full interest because with internship we learn many things and get knowledge also.
