“BEFORE POLISHING, BUILD UP THE BASE…”

“In earlier times the teachers did not focus on teaching formulas of mathematics rather, they focused on teaching numbers. Now please do not think that I am merely talking about counting, Instead I am looking forward to the building up of the basic blocks of the number system which would automatically let the students understand and form new formulas themselves.”
This is just one side of what I want you to know in this article of mine but education is the base. No matter how clean the cities become or how well equipped nations are, till the time there are lapses in the education system, our well polished country images will continue to look faded.
Secondly the education system is even drowning because of the pay or the income of the teacher.
Okay tell me what is the salary of the prime minister or that of an actor or even that of an officer? These all occupations pay much more than they pay a teacher, these all occupations are different but they were once taught by somebody due to whom they held that position.
Not moving much into philosophical statements, a teacher is the medium for every achiever and still he has the least salary. I find it really funny when we talk about UBI, we give money to the refugees for nothing much but what about those who taught this country? The teacher may get to celebrate 5TH September as their day but does that satisfy their living? It certainly does not..
We see many individuals questioning the education system but please tell me why would somebody put in hard methods merely being paid food for three quarters?
To put it concisely I’d argue that any teacher whether working in the public or the private sector should get better wages and only then they will put in hard work to explain logics to the upcoming generation
Now the critics would say that the professors and wealthy private school teachers do earn a lot, but that is another failing aspect of our education system in India, at one side we talk of being equal and at the other the rich men say that they provide their kids with better education? Please do let me know what they mean by this statement.
Don’t you feel it would seem better if every child whether a rich or a poor studied in the same school? So that even the poor could learn from those with high class? This will surely be a new spark to our development and it will help in eradicating poverty.
In the colleges the youngsters are basically polished but their teacher get much higher wages than those in the primary sector, I want to question why so? Because the base was built up by somebody else then why do we give more income to those who will polish?
Mr. President and all other respected law makers I’d like to bring in your attention to the three phases of development of the education system in future that I enumerated before as well
- Every teacher should get equal wages.
- Every teacher should get better income
- Government should highlight some guidelines for the admission of the poor students into private schools as well. While it is laudable on the part of our government to include the private sector schools within the ambit of article 21(A) of the constitution
It would be very helpful on the part of every reader to initiate some efforts to lead this idea further. Therefore India has a long way to go to match the education systems prevalent in the developed countries of the world.
JAI HIND!…
