Who Are The Organisers?

The Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology (FIMT) is a NAAC accredited prestigious college in Delhi with an ambiance of representing the academic culture of the capital town of the largest democracy of the world and a vibrant emerging economy. established by the Fairfield Group of Institutions, it is an “A” Grade College approved by the Government of NCT of Delhi, affiliated to the prestigious Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, which is the first university established by the Government of Delhi.

The School of Law aims to explore and identify novel areas of law and policy through relentless engagement in developing legal theory and practice, academic potential, critical analytical ability and advocacy skills so as to fully equip the students with a learning which is intellectually stimulating, socially vital and professionally enriching. This course is intended to impart intensive knowledge and training in Law subjects and help students to acquire wider perspectives both for legal responsibilities and professional application.

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) is the primary regulatory body in India entrusted with maintaining equitable competition within the market. The Competition Commission of India (CCI), established through the Competition Act of 2002, aggressively oversees and controls activities that restrict competition, supports the well-being of consumers, and advocates for a business environment that encourages competition. The primary objective of CCI is to foster and maintain a conducive environment for competition by actively engaging in enforcement activities. This approach aims to encourage firms to adopt fair, competitive, and creative practices, improve consumer well-being, and contribute to economic growth.

What Are The Details Of The Competition?

• Date of the event: 14th, 15th & 30th March 2024
• Objective: The objective of this Moot Court Competition is to develop academic and advocacy excellence among students all around the nation, inculcating the spirit of leadership and teamwork, ultimately leading to professional excellence.
• Mode: The competition shall be conducted in HYBRID mode
• Venue: the Fairfield Institute of Management & Technology, FIMT Campus, Kapashera, New Delhi

  • Registrations are to be done on or before: 10th , February, 2024
  • Clarifications on the Moot Problem are to be sent before: 20th , February, 2024
  • Submission of Soft Copy Memorials on or before: 5 th , March, 2024
  • Commencement of Oral Rounds: 14th , March & 15th March, 2024 in Virtual Mode 30 th
  • March, 2024 in Physical Mode at FIMT Campus, New Delhi.
