FOR YOUR KIND REFERENCE, SHORT DETAILS OF THE PROGRAM ARE AS FOLLOWS:

AMITY LAW SCHOOL CENTRE II, NOIDA Organizes 3rd Amity National MEDARB Competition, 2016 to be held on August 9th, 2016. Amity Law School,
Centre II cordially invites students from all Law Colleges to participate in a mind boggling and brain storming session.

VENUE:

I-Block, Amity University, Sec-125, Noida

Subject Area of the Competition is limited to the below mentioned domain
of Law:

 Torts
 Contracts
 Consumer Laws
 IPR
 Family Law
 Service Matters
 Taxation (Direct and Indirect)
 Environmental Law

Eligibility

a. All students currently enrolled in three year or five year LL.B. degree in any Law School/College/University in India, are eligible to participate in the 3rd Amity National Med-Arb Competition, 2016.
b. Any recognized Institution/College/University shall be entitled to send only two teams for the Competition.
