About the Winter School Program
The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) is organising a 360° Winter School Program on Conflict Resolution. The 360-degree conflict resolution program is the first of its kind, skill-based learning experience being rolled out by a government organization in India.

The course is aimed at equipping students enrolled in professional courses (such as CA, CS, Law, Fashion Designing, MBA, etc.), young professionals with post qualification experience of four years or less and start-up entrepreneurs and foreign entrepreneurs wanting to establish themselves in India with the skills, knowledge and practical exposure of the entire Indian dispute resolution waterfall mechanism – negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation..
The winter school curriculum is structured in a manner to provide global perspectives, holistic learning and ethical interaction. The course will be conducted in the form of interactive classroom sessions focused on practical issues faced by practitioners and mock practice sessions by international and domestic experts supported by relevant, real-life case studies.

Eligibility
- Students of 5 years integrated law course
- Students of 3 year LLB course
- Students pursuing masters, MPhil, Juris Doctorate (JD) and Doctorate.
Number of seats available
100 (Hundred)
Maximum candidates per institution (excluding alumni) – 3 participants. (This limit is placed to ensure diversity of students and ensure fair opportunity).
Registration & Fees
Registration is based on the Curriculum Vitae of the individuals. A separate student selection panel set up by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs shall solely conduct the selection based on merits.
In case we receive a larger number of applications that what is available, the Curriculum Vitae of students that are scored equally may be asked by the IICA Student Selection Committee to submit a Statement of purpose with 7 days of receiving of the mail.

Rs. 45,000 (including 18% GST)
Application Processing Fee
Rs.650 (to be adjusted in training fee if selected for the training)
Early Bird Registration: Early Bird Discount of 7% shall apply to those students who register on or before November 10, 2019. The registration process shall be the same as mentioned above.
Cancellation policy
There is no cash refund in case you cancel the registration from your end. Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs reserves the right to amend content, expert, policy, venue & date(s) of the winter school. Delegates will be refunded the registration fee in full in case the Winter School Program gets cancelled from our end.

Send us your Curriculum Vitae, briefly illustrate in 2 pages, your work/internship experiences and your participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
Step 2
Fill in the Application form (as on the website) with the necessary details and submit the form. Kindly send a mail to mediation.iica@gmail.com indicating that the application form has been filled.
