Indian Dispute Resolution Centre (IDRC) is an initiative of ‘Indian Dispute Resolution Council’, subsidiary of a Not-for-Profit Organisation ‘International Dispute Resolution Council’, which is a Company duly registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (Registration No.: U93000DL2020NPL365512) and is also registered with NITI Aayog (Registration No.: DL/2020/0261004). IDRC is duly empanelled with the Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India for providing Alternative Dispute Resolution services through Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation online to Government Ministries, Departments, Organisations and Public Sector Undertakings. IDRC is dedicated to provide a highly professional, efficient and state-of-the-art institutional environment for both online and offline resolution of all kinds of disputes in a time bound and cost effective manner.
International University of Legal Education and Research, Goa has joined hands with IDRC in organizing the ‘Arbitrate in India Conclave’ as Principal Academic Partner. The Conclave is being organized to highlight our Nation’s strengths in becoming a Hub of International Arbitration and the challenges in the journey. Conclave will discuss the latest trends in the field of International Commercial Arbitration and more.
