Who Is The Organiser?
Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur was established in the year 2018, by Madhya Pradesh Dharmashastra National Law University Act 24 of 2018, with the object of advancing the cause of legal education and achieving excellence as a University for imparting value-based legal education to undergraduate as well as postgraduate students.
Law Mantra is a registered society under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 whose members are leaders and members from the legal fraternity, other professions with a nexus to conflict resolution, academics and experts from various fields who are committed to resolve conflicts and disputes using innovative mechanisms and methods such as Mediation, Conciliation, Negotiations and Arbitration.
What Are The Details Of The Events?
- Objective: It will critically re-examine the current theory, law, policy and practice of women and child rights and the potential for more women and child-sensitive globalization.
- Theme: Woman & Child Rights: Issues and Challenges
- Date of the event:14th-15th April 2023
- Last date of registration: 10th April 2023
- Eligibility: Students, Research Scholars/Faculties/Academicians, Corporate Delegates, Business entities, and Lawyers
- Mode: Online mode on Google Meet /Zoom
- Registration Process: The abstract (of about 250 words) along with basic information of participants as per the format given in brochure need to be submit to seminarnlus@gmail.com . Abstracts will be peer-reviewed before they are accepted only after that participants can register themselves.
- Registration fee: Both Author and Co-Author have to register individually
- Student: Rs. 700/-
- Faculty/Professional/Research Scholar/Other: Rs 1500/-
