Posted by

There is a growing and timely interest in Indian administrative law among both Indian law experts and comparativist public law scholars. This Conclave intends to build the groundwork for future study on Indian administrative law and to encourage early-career researchers to work in this important topic.

It will look at the field’s fundamental questions, with a focus on the unique aspects of Indian administrative law (compared with administrative law in other common law jurisdictions). The focus will be on administrative rules and policies that affect the executive, judiciary, and the general public.
