“Symbiosis”, a scientific term, denotes the interaction between two different organisms living in close physical association, typically to the advantage of both or a mutually beneficial relationship between different people or groups. The idea of ‘Symbiosis’ was nurtured by Prof. (Dr.) S. B. Mujumdar, Chancellor Symbiosis International (Deemed University) on the principles of the Vedic thought ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,’ which means the ‘World is One Family.’ With this stupendous view, Symbiosis International (Deemed University) Pune was established by Prof. (Dr.) S. B. Mujumdar in 1971.

Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad is founded on the pillars of expertise, justice, and service and is committed to imparting quality legal education conforming to acclaimed International Standards.
Symbiosis Law School Hyderabad and C-Fact are delighted to announce the 1st edition of Corporate Synergy. Corporate Synergy is an initiative designed to enhance students’ knowledge in legal advising and contract drafting, crucial aspects of the corporate world. It covers Swiss bidding, Contract drafting, and Negotiation. The competition, involving both Company Representative and Legal Advisor roles, provides an opportunity for students to showcase their corporate personality and compete inter-college for the best action plan. Judged by renowned legal scholars and experienced members of the legal fraternity, Corporate Synergy provides guidance, motivation, and feedback to strengthen students’ understanding and pave the way for their future endeavours. The C-FACT family is honoured to host this first-ever event at Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, and aims to instil the correct winning spirit and provide the satisfaction of learning.
What Are The Details Of The Opportunity?
- Selection Process:
- Only 32 teams are allowed to participate on a first-come, first-serve basis. One team per Institution. Each team shall comprise of 2 members.
- There will be three rounds:
- Swiss Bidding
- Contract Drafting
- Negotiation
- After the completion of Round 1, the top 12 teams will advance to Round 2, vying for mastery. Only the finest 2 teams will emerge victorious, thereby earning their coveted spots in Round 3.
- Eligibility:
- Law students enrolled in full-time 5-year/3-year undergraduate or postgraduate courses may apply to obtain real-world experience and insightful criticism from highly qualified experts.
- Prizes:
- Award prizes: Best Team: ₹ 20,000/- and a winners trophy
- Runners-Up: ₹ 10,000/- and a runner ups trophy
- Many More awards and rewards!
- Every participating team shall be awarded a ‘Certificate of Participation,’ the teams qualifying for the Semifinal round shall be given a ‘Certificate of Merit’, and the Winning team shall receive a ‘Certificate of Achievement.’

- Registration open 1st February 2024
- Registration close 5th March 2024
- Release of Team Codes 4th March 2024
- Release of Swiss problem 11th March 2024
- Day 1: Swiss Bidding Round 16th March 2024
- Day 2: Contract Drafting and Negotiation 17th March 2024
- Registration Fee:
- All the teams registering for the 1st National Bidding Cum Drafting & Negotiations Competition are expected to register and pay the registration fees of:
- ₹ 2000 per team (without accommodation)
- ₹ 3500 per team (with accommodation from March 15th – 18th, 12 noon).
